RETURN POLICY
At Ebylinssport, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused, and unaltered items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and include all accessories. Returns are subject to approval upon inspection.
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
- Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Used items cannot be returned,
For our international customers, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Return shipping fees for international returns will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Please note that some countries may have additional duties or taxes that are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number (RAN). Repack the items securely, include the RAN, and send them to the address provided. Once we receive and inspect the items, you will be notified, and your refund or exchange will be processed.
